Founder-led

Technology leadership grounded in operating experience.

Veer Hossain leads ELCICorp with a practical view of technology: start with the business, make the tradeoffs clear, and help the team execute the work that matters.

Veer is a technology executive, interim CIO, and strategic operator with more than 25 years of leadership experience. His work centers on helping private equity sponsors, portfolio-company leaders, and mid-market executives connect technology decisions to growth, margin, resilience, and transaction readiness.

ELCICorp reflects that operating background. The firm is built for situations where leaders need senior judgment and useful execution support, not a large consulting team or a generic technology assessment.

Start with the value thesis

Technology priorities become clearer when they are connected to what ownership and management are trying to accomplish. ELCICorp begins with the value thesis, the operating context, and the time horizon. It then examines the business capabilities, systems, data, talent, vendors, and leadership constraints that affect the result.

Capability first. Business logic always.

The goal is not to produce a longer project list. It is to identify the smaller set of technology and operating moves that can create credible progress.

Advisory, fractional leadership, and execution support

Different situations require different levels of involvement. ELCICorp can provide focused counsel around a decision, serve as a fractional functional executive during a transition, or work alongside the leadership team as priorities move into execution.

  • Focused advisory for diligence, risk, roadmap, operating-model, or investment decisions.
  • Fractional technology leadership when executive judgment is needed without adding permanent overhead.
  • Execution support to improve leadership cadence, governance, vendor decisions, and accountability.

Where ELCICorp fits

The work is most useful when the business problem is important but the correct technology response is not yet clear. That can include preparing for a transaction, assessing a new investment, stabilizing technology leadership, clarifying an AI agenda, or turning a broad transformation idea into a practical sequence of decisions.

ELCICorp stays deliberately senior and direct. The first step is a conversation to clarify the work, even when that conversation does not lead to an engagement.
